31 Raising and resolving grievances

Services should be designed and implemented to ensure that appropriate ways exist for people with disability and their advocates to raise grievances about services and have them resolved

  1. Standard 1: Rights.
  2. Standard 2: Participation and Inclusion.
  3. Standard 3: Individual Outcomes.
  4. Standard 4: Feedback and Complaints.
  5. Standard 5: Service Access.
  6. Standard 6: Service Management.
