Good Afternoon, Margaret,
As per your request on the telephone this morning please refer to the following:
RE: 4/69 Alice St, Biggenden Tenancy Ref: 53020399
Please be advised the contractors will liaise with you directly to remove all unwanted items from your property, you will need to be in attendance at your property when this occurs. Please advise them if there are any items that you wish to keep, so they don’t throw them out. The contractors will move the items you wish to keep to another location away from the construction area.
Please also ensure that your chickens are contained within their chicken coop, as they are not permitted to roam throughout the complex.
