Contractor 3 [bws_pdfprint display=’pdf’]
On 8th of May 2025 I was harassed by Courtney Rynne and qbuild workers to move my belongings from my garden area I have been building. I did not want my items moved as They were in place for future work I was doing around my home. I am a disabled pensioner with spinal, lung and severe CPTSD issues.
Courtney cornered me and began to harrass me about my items being moved. I stated i could not move them. She said she would get contractors in again to move the items.
This was distressing me greatly, the first time contractors came to do this on March 27th, without proper notice they stood over me and bullied me and threatened that housing would bulldoze my items the next week if they were not thrown away.
I asked them to leave after they refused to take my items out of their rubbish trailer. Once again they said it all has to go margaret or housing is coming to bulldoze the lot. This set off my anxiety and depression. I have had mental health issues since this time. This was a complete disregard of me and my personal items and severe neglect of care of duty by housing and contractors.
The second contractors were the lawn mower men who informed me at that time there was a brown snake juvenile in my Jade Garden. I explained I could not go near that garden because with my ige levels I cannot have anti venene. I spoke to hiusing on the phone about the brown snake.
The contractors had quite a bit to do at the end of the day, they treated my items well and stored them as best they had been told by housing. They did not touch any of my items that were on my back verandah.
I spoke to ben the boss of the lawn mowing me and he said he would have to come back as the boss had tried to save money by carrying out the contract on the same day as lawn mowing. This made our lawn mow incomplete and they did not come back to complete the job of moving my items.. I was not informed why they were not returning.
After i was harassed on the 8th of may and forced to confirm orally with courtney who was standing over me harasssing me, I confirmed under duress that housing would send a third contractor in to move my items. This is evidenced by the audio recording of the 8th of may.
On the 14th of may a contractor came without a form 9 notice of entry being furnished. Housing cannot have the best of both worlds, or play one of against the other. I am ordered to move my items around my yard. My yard being the area that holds my items that I can reasonably expect to be included in my lease and subject to entry notices. We do not have fences or boundaries between units.
The contractor came on the 14 and treated my items with utmost disrespect and carlessness. Once again this is a breach ogf duty of care. Priceless personal items were moved from under my verandah where they were protected from weather and left out in the open weather with no protection from rain and wind. Boxes of photogaphs and many boxes of federal family court sealed paperwork were leftg without lids and exposed to weather. Items such as a cooker stove and electric excercise bike were also left out. Suitcasses of clothes and many other items were left to get wet and ruined in the weather. The items were just thrown and tossed in piles which blocked me from getting to items behind them. Video evidence of this will be provided.
I stated to the contrator to leave alone my cement blocks I had created myself for garden edging as they were set in place and molded to their neighbour block. I stated to him that i needed to mark each block with numbers to know where to reset them after moving.
I came out later that day to see that the contractor without notice had moved and destroyed these blocks before I could mark them and just dumped them in a pile all together. this was hundredds of dollars of hand made blocks ruined.
contractor 3 refused to move my jade shrine garden for me. I was led to beleive as per the conversation (recorded) on the 8th of mayt that the 3rd contractors would be moving the rest of my items this included the jade garden. The contractor told me on the 14th of may it would be demolished. I asked to keep it as it was a religious shrine to my deceased husbands and mother. This was refused. I asked to keep it preserved as it was priceless to me.
under what courtney had said on the 8th regarding moving the rest of my items, the jade garden was mnot moved as expected on the 14th. I thiought that they were wating until they could carefully and properly move it to preserve what was there. Without notice and to great distress it was destroyed with a bulldozer on the 21st of may.
It was then carelessly discarded in a visible spot of my garden where I was banned under threat to my tenancy to step foot in my yard due to the major construction
It was left there discarded when I asked about it I was ignored by contractors.
The main contractor breached privacy laws by speaking false information that he had no right to. He stated on video that ” you had three sets of contractors in to clean up your stuff”. This false information distressed me greatly knowing that the contractors held information on me furnished illegally by housing that was not true
The contractor acting on false information bullied me and had no right to destroy my shrine and gardens
This is blatant negligence and criminal actions on by Housing QUEENSLAND qbuild and contractors in breach of the criminal act, disability act and the rta act along with ethics act privacy act and code of conduct acts.
Over all contractor 3 caused thousands of dollars of damage to my personal possessions and items and left me in a state of dispair.
